At Rokform, we stand by the quality of our rugged cases and mounting systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the product in its original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics and accessories, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new item.
